Give Sales Teams leads by Country and Region

INCREASE SALES BY FILTERING LEADS PER REGION AND COUNTRY

CASE STUDY: ASSIGNING LEADS PER COUNTRY SALES TEAM

Does your company operate in 2 or more countries or regions?

Best Practice is to distribute leads to sales teams in their respective countries. The same applies on a Regional level.

The key to success is focus and workflow automation. In this case, focus by sending leads from Country A to the Country A Sales Team, and leads from Country B to the Country B Sales Team.

Using LeadBoxer, you can automate this process.

LeadBoxer supports the following Property Filters, among others; Country, Region, Industry, Employee Size, URL visited.

These Properties can be combined, and saved as Segments. Segments can be set as alerts.

What does that mean, in English?
That means that you can set filters to send, on a Daily basis;

1. a list of all leads from Country A to Sarah in Sales for Country A, and
2. a list of leads from Country or Region B to Tom in Sales for Country B.

CASE STUDY: PERCENTILE INCREASE IN SALES
The ability to distribute leads per country has been proven to yield results. In a proof-of-concept Pilot Study, Segments were created for a large multinational player in the B2B sector. Sales Teams in 23 countries received weekly reports (via email in .CSV format) of all regional activity. Each Sales Team received a list of Companies by Industry and Size (employee range) who had visited specific product pages during the past week. The process was automated. Before automation, the individual leads were lost in a soup of global traffic. Using extensive integration technology, the leads can, literally, be sent anywhere.

The Pilot Study successfully demonstrated that Conversion Increased when leads were distributed by channel at both a Country and Regional level

HOW TO SET A SEGMENT AND CREATE EMAIL ALERTS: EXAMPLE NEW YORK

In the above example, a filter for the CITY of NEW YORK has been created. Notice Institutions such as New York University and global institutions such as Deutsche Bank - whereby the lead is visiting from their New York branch.
